I am surpised it hasn't happened before, but today I had a customer cry.
I probably won't be able to get their data off their ailing hard drive and I told them.
There is still hope, but it doesn't look good.
Also, if you are a customer, don't get mad at me because I am asking you questions so I can understand what it is exactly you need me to fix. Saying that your icon thingie is missing and you want it back doesn't help me.
