Gasoline

As luck would have it, and due to the emptiness of my gas tank I had to get some fuel at a full service station. The price was high so I didn't want too much, but I hate having to go to the gas station so a half a tank would do. Half of my tank is 25 litres so that is what I asked for.
Why did the attendant think I was on crack for asking for that amount???
