Funny story

The other day before Maya went to school she put her kids to bed. So before I went to pick her up I got them 'up' and set them on the porch so they could 'greet' her when she got home. Bad move for her kids.
They all got a time out for getting up to early.

To bathe in this house one must turn on the bathtub tap and watch a trickle of water come out... Then start carrying buckets of water from the kitchen sink to fill the tub. I guess I can be thankful I didn't have to heat the water over a fire. Haven't I been blessed.

A new department discount store opened in HAnover recently. A HBC production to compete with dollar stores- or slightly higher end, which really means scrapping the bottom of the barrol.
It is located in the former Biway, and funny thing is it looks estentially the same, selling the same crap.
I think I might refer to it as the made in china store.

...I have given up folding sheets. Waste - o- time. The will be permanently stuffed in our linen closet. Sorry for wrinkles if you are a house guest.

• Who knew? Hanover has a restore. ...and they accept donations. Hereby notice is given to Luke- organize computer crap or it is all going.
• Finally- Went into Dickie's factory outlet. If I bought new clothes might be tempted to get some uniforms. Seriously I have uniforms ten years old. Pathetic really.
• Why can't Ever sleep like a normal baby- shouldn't three monthers NEED naps?
• You know meet hasn't been served in this house for along time when Luke gets excited about tofu ground 'beef'.

Back in the Game

Last night I played indoor soccer with the rec league Luke and I play in. Great fun, i did better then I thought I would, actually I worried all day yesterday about it. However my ball handling skills need some work and I feel really sluggish and slow with this extra 20pounds holding on. Need to stop the insanity and the chocolate blinging. Played defence and was amazed at the switching off my co-players did, they are mature, as opposed to the players Luke was switching off with- meaning they didn't. Had fun, even with my limitations, and covering a big guy.
Thank you soo much C for being with the kids. We owe you, over and over.

Stuffed

Forgive me if we were blessed with a stuffed toy from you but.....
Please no more. We have stuffed items coming from every which direction and they are everywhere. Perhaps if they were homemade...................

So I'm sorry but all stuffies received this year are going to emerg for sad sick children.

Next Year

When asked Maya states the best part of Christmas was opening presents, and the best present she got was the baby triplets.

On resolutions

As 2007 was a pregnancy year basically it was shot as for anything getting done. The fact that I was able to get dressed in the morning is victory enough. Thus on resolutions from 2007 should probley still stand.

To be a better person I must.....

I should add some goals...

• Complete my La Leche League leadership
• Be more organized
• Be less lazy
• Drive less

So if I do all of the above I will be such a better person so I will win the admiration and friendship of all those who surround me.
